How do I place an order?
If you would like o purchase an item, click the “add to cart” button which you will find on each product page. Once you have added the item(s) to your cart and are finished shopping, click “checkout” and your order will then be processed externally by PayPal. You may pay with your debit or credit card through PayPal, or directly with your PayPal account if you have one. When your chosen payment method has been accepted, PayPal will send you a payment receipt email and you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Your order will then begin processing.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
Do I need a PayPal account to buy from Ginger Pickle?
No, you don’t need to have a PayPal account to purchase from us, simply click “Don’t Have A Paypal Account” to enter your credit or debit card details. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). This ensures your financial information is kept private at all times

European Union: £3.50
Everywhere else: £4.00
UK customers:
If you would like your order to be posted using Special Next Day Delivery then it will cost £6.50. Please contact me on enquiries@gingerpickle.co.uk if you wish to use this option instead of Standard delivery and I will invoice you for this separately.
International Customers:
If you would like your order posted using International Signed For™ (Airsure) delivery from Royal Mail, a priority service for orders outside of the UK then it will cost an additional £6.00 to your standard postal rate.
Your order will require a signature upon delivery and is trackable from our door to yours.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to deliver your goods within 1-2 working days of receipt of your order. Special Delivery orders should arrive on the following working day by 1pm if the order is placed before 2pm (Mon – Fri). Delivery outside the UK will take longer and is dependant upon the country the item is being delivered to.
How will my item be packaged and posted?
Here at Ginger Pickle, we’re all about the packaging and want you to be excited when you receive and open your parcel. We offer FREE gift wrapping! Jewellery and accessory items will be wrapped in light blue tissue paper and popped in a candy pink bag. They will then be sent in a bubble lined jiffy bag or cardboard box depending on the amount of items you buy. Prints will be packaged in a biodegradable cellophane sleeve with protective grey mount backing. They will then be sent bubble wrapped in a hard backed envelope. Homewares will be sent bubble wrapped in a sturdy cardboard box filled with polystyrene chips.
We will use Royal Mail 1st Class Standard on all deliveries, and Royal Mail First Class Recorded for all orders over £40 (a signature may be required). There is also the option of Special Delivery for our customers who wish to receive their goods the following working day. Delivery outside the UK will be sent via Airmail.
When is the last posting dates to make sure I get my item before Christmas?
Australia & New Zealand – 5th December
Africa & Caribbean – 7th December
USA & Canada – 10th December
Europe – 12th December
UK (first class) – 20th December by 12 noon!
We recommend you order your goodies before these dates to avoid any disappointment as these dates are not a guarantee that your item will arrive on time. The high volume of parcels means that Royal Mail may be a bit slower at delivering your item so make sure you leave plenty of time.
