Can I return an item?
Ginger Pickle want you to be happy with your order, but if for any reason you are not and want an exchange or a refund then please email us at enquiries@gingerpickle.co.uk Please quote the invoice number and reason for exchange/return in your email. We will only refund or exchange items if they are in an unused and suitable condition.
How will I send back my returned goods to you?
The goods must be unused and in their original packaging and sent via post. We recommend sending the item back using a secure delivery method such as Royal Mail’s Recorded Delivery service. That way you will be able to check when your returned items have been received by us. Items are customers responsibility until they are received by us, and Ginger Pickle ♥ cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in the post.
Will I get my postage costs refunded?
Ginger Pickle will refund postage costs on faulty goods only. All refunds will be made using the original payment method to the account you originally paid with.
